Dropped My Car Off For The Blower Motor Recall...

...so, I pull in to the service area. Get out of the car, and a young service tech (I'm gonna say around 20) comes up to greet me, says my car is awesome and starts checking it out.

He points to my wheel area and says "is that your Instagram name?"

I say..."huh?"

He points to my calipers and says (dead serious) "On your brakes, is that your Instagram name?" (I Have Brembos)

I really couldn't do anything besides giggle and walk away...haha.

Then, proceeded to talk with my service advisor about Porsches, and how he's gonna miss his.

Weird days...

After my long talk with the SA about various different car things, he told me he'd make sure to keep an eye on it, haha.

Well, update:

I dropped the car off on Friday at 9:00am.

Called around 4:00pm and was told that the car was just going in, and that it should take roughly an hour.

Get a call at 5:00pm telling me that a wire was snapped during the install, and that the car won't be ready til Monday (today).

Going to pick it up in a few minutes.

I used to love this dealership.
