Yeah, looks like this forum got slower after I moved out (not necessarily cause-effect, but still...) So did you get a GT3 or not? I see RS in the signature - did that happen?

Max!!!

Yup. Just picked up the RS last Thursday. It's just a ridiculously fast car and so much more raw than the 991. I cancelled my 991 GT3 order a while back and was looking to go another route but I jumped on this car when I was told it was for sale. Still have the 991 but I might trade it in for a new M3 and do ED.

I take it you like the GT3, blowouts and all!

Beautiful car, congrats! I'm loving the GT3, just need to get me a new rear bumper (melted). Good thing mechanic who made the exhaust is taking care of that.

I am planning to replace my e90 M3 with an e36 one shortly, so staying with BMW.

In normal mode, the car is actually pretty compliant. Seats are comfortable once you're in them.

We are SOLD OUT, but...Trillium Sept CTMP Grand Prix track event is now sold out for all groups, BUT some Solo level spots are still available - get them before they are gone

Also, believe it or not, Oct 3-5 event is "just around the corner" and you can still get super early bird pricing for it, but don't wait too long, as the price is going up 6 wks prior to the date (and then again 3 wks prior) and the event is filling up fast already.

Anyone going to WGI Sep 10-11? It will be my first time, but I've heard it's kind of similar to Mosport in flow. Any comments?

A bunch of us are going down to the Glen for Joe's days. WGI is an awesome track. As fast as Mosport but its got more technical bits. You can definitely tell it's an old school GP track like Mosport. IMHO the Glen is way more fun.
