hey, yes according to BMW the frame will fit to the following models.
E90 / E91 / E92 / E93 (06-13) > 328i
E90 / E91 / E92 / E93 (06-13) > 328xi
E90 / E91 / E92 / E93 (06-13) > 335i
E90 / E91 / E92 / E93 (06-13) > 335is
E90 / E91 / E92 / E93 (06-13) > 335xi
E90 / E91 / E92 / E93 (06-13) > M3

we now have a F8x M4 frame too, looks awesome.
thanks for interest!
And if you buy at my site you get the rear yellow net too!
Nice! Did you provide e90 specific or has bw test fitted? I read an older post where lufty asked but you needed a test car.

I actually delivered one a couple month ago for a E90 328 and according to customer it fit like a glove.
Are you by any chance at VIR this weekend? I have a frame and we could test fit.
Thanks!

Sorry I'm in socal. Would it be possible to ask your customer for some pics? Or perhaps you may have some links to where he may have posted?

Just an update from another happy JP Marketing customer.
Fit and construction quality are great.
I ordered mine unfinished and had it painted by my shop to match the car.
It is also the high mount version which allows access to the back seat area to carry track wheels .

While these can install with carpet in place (with modification);
install w/o carpet is a breeze.

StudioRSR in SoCal is another great option for a bolt in rollbar for E9X M3s. I'm very happy with the quality and fitment of their custom rollbars. They provide multiple options for each application and offer many shades of durable powdercoat to suit your needs.

It's a 2-piece bar that mounts to the factory top belt mounting points, then 4 holes need to be drilled into the floor to finish off the installation. Installation can be completed in 2 hours or less. Mention my name to Robert the owner, and I'm sure he'll work with you on the price a bit.

Wow, that's pretty cool. Nice that you can keep the rear seats. I go back and forth with wanting more safety equipment but not wanting to gut the car. Seems like a good compromise. I assume that the weight reduction in the front seats mostly offsets the weight gain from the 1/2 cage.

looks awesome. i think the seat retainment is more of a show thing, as it keeps the contrast with the exterior/interior of the car going. its cool, but you can't use the rear seats... they are just there. lol

Yes, but it also keeps road noise out (I still daily my car), avoids having to have some place to store the seats and most importantly, if I remove my rear seats, it would bump me up a class in the BimmerChallenge Time Trial series; so I'd be at the bottom of B3 instead of the top of B4.

Besides, you can always remove them later.

I like the matching paint on the cage. Subtle and looks high-tech.

Isn't there an exemption to make way for safety stuff? I might be thinking of speedsf challenge rules...
We all know you've been fudging the points anyways to be in B4, maybe you should just run the proper class? : j/k

Thanks dude! Keeping the rear seats in was a must have for me. I'm happy they offered to install a rear cage in my car with the ability to do just that.

Yeah, I'd say that's a safe assumption. They informed me that the particular cage I have in my car weighs roughly 55lbs.

Haha You hit the nail on the head bro. My E90 is a double duty track and show car...thus wanting to keep the rear seats in, regardless if they're useless now. Plus, the fox red leather looks too damn good to remove!

My thoughts exactly...which can be done pretty easily.

Are you guys purchasing these bolt in roll bars for the sole purpose of running harnesses and a hans, or are you counting on them to provide added safety in the event of a rollover situation?
