I think wheels locks are sold in a set of 4. Maybe if you can find someone who also wants different sets of locks, then you can swap one each. Then again, you'll have to buy keys for them.

If one set of wheel locks isn't enough for you, I think buying another set should be enough (~$30), then you'll have two different kinds of wheel locks on your car, while you also have both types of keys.

Or you can get "the system" from gorilla, where every wheel lug is a lock. But you'll only need one key for every lug.

Just a word of caution, wheel locks can easily be defeated and probably wouldn't have prevented your wheels from being stolen.

I put a set of the McGard wheel locks on my car as soon as I took delivery.

The locks supplied by BMW are common to all 3-series cars and the socket is available through any BMW parts department. So anyone with a 3-series BMW, even an X3, has a socket to remove the lock from any other 3-series BMW. If they don't have a 3-series they can buy the socket from the dealer.
