CSF radiator good for track car?

Hello All,

After a hot track day I decided to upgrade cooling with CSF oil cooler and radiator. I purchase it and was planning on having them installed, but was told from a local shop they had a bad experience with them.

Anyone have them it on their car and if so, what is your experience?

Thanks in advance

I have the full CSF cooling kit on my car. Very happy with it so far. When I bought it from Bimmerworld they've said people have had issues with improperly bleeding the radiator leading to overheating issues - but if bleed properly it works great and that has been my experience.

it's a quality piece for sure. Not sure it does a big difference in cooling.

I've had the CSF radiator in my car for 1.5 years now. Seems to do an o.k. job, I'm not blown away by it, but it's o.k.

RE: oil cooler, I had the CSF oil cooler but swapped out for do88 oil cooler later on when I had an engine failure. Wanted to get the biggest bolt-in unit I could get.

I picked up the CSF radiator but yet to install it. I mainly wanted it for the lack of the plastic side tanks. I am sure its cooling performance will be similar to stock.
