that's because the yellow for the e46 itself was atrocious. phoenix yellow was more of a mustard yellow/green than anything. the rumor was that they'd release a phoenix yellow 2 this time, which wouldn't look quite so disgusting. seems bmw didn't come through. but dakar yellow II on the new m3 would look great.

yes. jerez black incorporates more of a blue sheen than those found in the normal or carbon blacks. the jerez black formula has a higher blue composition than traditional black. click the link below for specific color composition values.

I do like the AW, but it seems everyone else does too.

I think I'll go with Sparkling Graphite. Not too far off from what I have now. I really would like to see the Fox Red interior in person.

as good as white looks, I can't bring myself to do it. My dad wants me to get a white one b/c he loves the contrast with the roof, and I agree. But I was sooo pissed I didn't wait an extra month for my car to get it in black, and I won't make the same mistake again. Jerez Black for me b/c its so close to CB, which I love.

I've loved Carbon Black but oy, the work to keep it clean. Probably going red, silverstone or maybe IB. I really like the M-exclusives.
