Tow Truck Driver Abandons Bernie Sanders Supporter

http://www.autoblog.com/2016/05/05/t...outh-carolina/

Made me laugh but holy hell do people take shit too far. His rationale is what takes the cake:

"I think the Lord came to me, and he just said 'Get in the truck and leave.' And when I got in my truck, you know, I was so proud."

I bet, leaving a disabled woman in a disabled car. Must take quite a lot of conviction. I don't think he understands Christianity much.

Morality is doing what is right regardless of what you are told.
Religion is doing what you are told regardless of what is right..

As I read the article, it looks like he was afraid of not getting paid:

“I’ve had some horrible experiences in the last six months with towing cars for this mindset individuals, in that I don’t get paid,” he told ABC News. “They want to argue about a $50 tow bill, and it turns into just a drama and a fuss. And I said, you know, I’m not going to associate with them, and I’m not going to do any business with them.”

I erased my first comment - realized it might not be fair. I clicked on the link to the Washington Times article (embedded in the Autoblog article), and that's where my cut/paste came from. When stuff sounds outrageous, it usually has been spun - as this story has been. I don't agree with what the guy did, but I also haven't been stuck with people not paying me. If he sees a pattern, can you really totally blame him?

Do you really think this guy tows a lot of cars for "socialists" who don't pay him? I mean come on....it's pretty obvious to see what's going on here.

She was struck by a tractor trailer. It was an accident which means insurance pays for the towing. Even if this wasn't true I would believe that helping a fellow human being is the Christian thing to do.

I thought the Lord Jesus told him to hightail it back to Armpit, SC or wherever this piece o shit crawled out from.

Note: that was the most UN-Christian thing to do, the other was doing it in the Lord's name. Reminds me of the opposite of Luke 10:25-37.

You're right, I keep seeing them blocking the democrat rallies and general rioting. Or last weeks destruction; you might have seen the clip with people breaking the windows out of a cop car and then stomping on its roof.

Wait. That's right those were ANTI-Trump protesters.

Keep rationalizing that what those people are doing, because its for a cause... Yeah.

I think all the smiling faces taking pictures, those not hiding their faces at least, of a police car being destroyed about sums it up.
America is now the land of blatant yet blind hypocrisy and its sad. Sad because all of us probably would get along just fine without the siding for politics that the politicians have ingrained.
I'd give anything for this shit to stop. They're getting their wish and we are ripping at each other's throats...FOR THEM?
F them. All of them.

Oh yeah I get that, but just to assume they can't pay you based off a bumper sticker is juvenile. You can request payment upfront.

Dude is a piece of shit, the fact that he used Jesus to defend his asshole actions just makes it worse. Political affiliation isn't really a good gauge on financial status. Plus it was an accident scene, insurance picks up the tab. He knows that.

I love how they says shes disabled. She has Crohns and Arthritis. Both are fairly common, granted Crohns not as common, but its hardly something to claim disability for imo.

While I do not condone what he did, I'd love to see what the Media's take would have been had it been a Bernie Supporting Tow Truck Driver refusing to help a Trump Supporter. Im willing to put good money down that it wouldnt get near the amount of air time, and would be spun in a way to make the Trump supporter out to be a bad guy.

Everyone needs to stop falling for the Media's agenda of turning us against ourselves. C'mon sheeple.

You moron, Bernie supporters don't have jobs.

(I don't really think you're a moron)

But in all seriousness, you're probably right. Doesn't fit the narrative. But maybe one day a hostess at a vegan restaurant will deny service to a person wearing a Make America Great Again hat who accidentally walked into said vegan restaurant.
