E9x OEM Brake Rotor Dimensions

This is just a cache for E9x M3 brake rotor dimensions/information I'm posting for posterity, there won't be much interesting to see here, honestly. Non-OEM front and rear 2-piece E9x rotors can be sourced from RacingBrake, details in this thread. I loathe the duplication of information, but for this, it's not always a bad thing, and it may be of more use m3post than m3forum.net.

It's 30mm and 24mm, mic'd 'em last night.
Edit: for initial thickness..

Minimum rotor thickness is already listed as discard thickness, if that's what you mean?
Edit: discard is 28.4mm and 22.4mm, respectively.

Thanks for reviewing the info; a sanity check is always welcome.

All good, better to have another set of eyes run over it either way; besides, who really throws away these rotors when they're down 1.6mm?!?

If anyone is considering such an act, please call me first...

Whats the general concensus on thus, is the stamped min rotor thickness really time to discard the rotors??

I have stuck to it with both OEM and bbk. Might run an extra set of track pads on bbk once really close to minimum but heat checks start to grow when rotor is worn also so don't wanna push it much.

Yes I could totally understand in a track car, where the rotors are subjected to higher then normal temps that the rotor would be more prone to being overheated due to less mass in the rotor.

But what about in a street car, for just day to day driving?

I will keep running pads on stock rotors until I know for a fact some of the rotors are getting heat spots.
