Help with Diagnosing codes

Hey Guys,

I am in need of some assistance, I have a code that has no description and from searching seems to be a odd ball code.



Code 3 - can anyone elaborate?
Also, will codes 1-2 involve having bad 02s? I was under the impression that a bad 02 would be a totally different code.

What mods/software tune do you have on your car ?
Sometimes codes can be thrown due to reacting to another failing component.
Example would be Oxygen Sensor fault codes but, they are actually working correctly and the fix is the software needs to be updated to a specific version.
How does the engine perform ?
