Most weekends are open for me with the exception of 4/15 and 6/16. I'll be out of town the week of each of those dates.

I'm still debating over Memorial Day weekend. If not, the weekend before or after sound the best to me.

I'll be racing Memorial Day weekend. I'd propose sometime early June - the weather should be good and the only holiday you've got to watch out for is Father's Day (6/19).

I'm liking the sound of first weekend in May or June. We could plan for the first weekend in May, rain date back-up for the first weekend in June.
The only thing I'm skeptical of using a Sunday, is that it will be a very long day.

So how's that sound to everyone?

I might be able to get Saturday off but I can't be certain. This is the busiest time of the year for me.

Decided to go with June 4 as Mt Evans will be closed up until Memorial day weekend.

Just found out yesterday that I'm getting sent to Kentucky this weekend, for Cadet Summer Training...yay....

So obviously this isn't going to happen, unless someone else wants to volunteer to host.
