Has anyone tried these yet? Forged wheels resembling the BBS CH-R.

18x10 ET25 weighing 19.3 lbs.

Found an older thread, but these don't seem to be too popular for some reason.

At this price point, they should be a no brainer especially as they barely cost more than Apex... Strongly considering a square 10 setup in anthracite.

I was thinking the same. They seem to share similarities with the Titan 7 wheels as well. Prefer this design though, as the spokes look cleaner.

I have two sets in 10.5 ET27 for my E9Xs. It's a fantastic wheel. My tire mounting guy is always impressed at least two of them balance with no weights

Besides that they are a pretty design! What's not to like?

Come on SYT, you can't say that and not post pics! let's see them! I've only seen them on BW's page.

One thing that's hard to judge is the concavity of the wheels. Do you have any good photos to show this?

Also, 10.5" in the front as well? What suspension are you running and I assume you need spacers?

front and rear 10.5. It's a great setup

I need a 3mm spacer up front. It clears OEM or MCS suspension.

I still have my Apex ARC8 wheels from before but I foresee all additional sets will be the TE:ALs from now on. Will probably buy a third one before long

Such a great combo - I really like the Monte Carlo blue coupe! My recollection is that you are on 275/35/18 tires - correct?

Thanks! I love it too!

I run 275 tires on them so I get some additional effective width vs the regular 10" wheels people use for 275 tires.

For example, the 275 R1 runs wide for a 10" wheel. On the 10.5" it has very slight stretch or simply a straight sidewall.

On a set of 295 R888R (horrible piece of shit tire, my God...) the tire is clearly too wide for the wheel and it looks 'pregnant'

Based on my experience, if I wanted to run the 275 front and 285 rear R1 I'd want an 11" rear to properly support it

Cool. I tend to agree. I have 10/11 wheels now. 295's fit great on an 11". I have 285's in the front and I think a 10.5 is a better fit. Will likely increase the front wheel width the next time around. However I have also been contemplating fitting 10.5 square with 295's.

The day BW releases the 11" I'll buy 6 wheels and have three staggered setups

Nice! The nice thing about BBS E88's is that I can build them to my perfect spec. That's one of the reasons I'm frequently getting new sets. I am constantly tweaking the spec.
