screws missing with the car at European Delivery

Got a european delivery in 08/2013. At the time of the delivery in the Welt the car had the front plate bracket loosely laying on the trunk floor (no transparent wrapping). In hindsight i remember the delivery assistant did frown upon seeing that, but then asked me if the state I live in requires front plate (negative) and went on with the car presentation. Anyway that was that and I did not give it more thoughts. Now, months later talking with a fellow M3 owner, he said his front plate bracket came wrapped and there was a bag with different kind of screws. Sure enough I didn't get the screws. You'd think dealer would have caught that, they didn't. It's really minor I know, but still..

Before I make a phone call. I want to see if anyone else also missed that at ED.

Another annoyance, my back plate screws are mixed with some of them brass (yellowish) and other chrome finish. I guess those came from the dealer or is that yet another plastic bag of screws that I didn't get ?

The dealer should have the proper matching hardware whether or not the screws were supposed to come with the car from Europe. Just ask.

I would've thought it would be that simple. But it sounds like someone just needed to complain and brag about ED lol

what a dumbass you are to make a statement like this. My issue is 100% legit. This has absolutely nothing to do with bragging or whatever your inferiority complex is making it up. My new car is missing OEM parts. You troll.

emailed dealer, he said "they had plenty". took 1 hour return trip to go there only to find they didn't have the hardware. SA said he would try to order it.
