Looking to purchase a E90 M3
I'm located in Waukesha,WI (53186) but open to traveling any where in the states.
Looking to spend close to 20k.
Ideally looking for one with under 80k.

Given the current E9x M3 market, your parameters are not in alignment. You'll need to up your budget or be accepting of a much higher mileage car.

Of all the E90 M3's listed on Autotrader (just one example site), there's only 1 listed below $20,000, and it has double the miles you're looking for. Still, I wish you luck in your search, you never know

im selling my 08 E90 6spd. but $20k isn't going to get you too far in the current market

Correct, the market has changed and maybe March 2020 your WTB request would be reasonable, but in August 2021 $20k will not be enough for a below 100k miles car.
