Best Deal on 08 M3 Sedan LEASE help.

Greetings M3post, this is my first thread here, hopefully il be apart of the community very soon....

Ive been researching deals all over the US for the best lease deals offered by BMW dealerships. Ive found numerous deals...anywhere from lease deals consisting of..

$669/month $0 down
$579/month $5,000 down + fees
and deals higher than that... (all 36 month/10k mile year)

Ive spoke with my BMW salesman a couple of times, but havent negotiated HARD on a deal...However today IS the DAY i will be. Im heading out to BMW in a couple of hours to see what i can do. What i really want to pay is no more than $650/month with $0 - $2000 down.

Ive read all over about M3 sedans sitting on lots, and how dealers are renting out lots to store inventory there. Ive also read about the great deals people have been getting. I know how badly they want to get rid of their 08 stock, and am ready to take it from them...my question is, is that Lease Rate possible? I want this car so badly, i'll take it as long as it has Tech Pck and satellite radio.

*Edit*- Almost forgot, also trading in my 07 audi, they appraised it at $19,500. Doesnt that help me out a bit as well?

Please guys help me out here, if anyone has any helpful tips, il appreciate it. Thanks.

Yes, such a lease deal is possible. I have had more amazing lease offers than that - some I've taken advantage of, and at least one I passed on.

take the zero down, unless u want to keep the car, then go with the 5k down.

Well made the deal, getting the car on Monday hopefully.

2008 M3 sedan Interlagos/silver w/ Tech package and satellite radio.
Now i know their isnt too many options, but i dont care too much about it. As long as i have EDC and navigation, im happy.

Didnt pay what i planned on paying, but $735/ month w/ $2000 down is good 2 me. Cant wait to get this car and post some pictures up when i get it.

Its great to be apart of the M world and this forum, talk to you guys soon.

$735/$2000 dwn sounds like a decent deal but we are more curious as to what dollar amount you payed campared to the MSRP of the vehicle. Also you mentioned that you were trading in the Audi? My only question is, with the Audi trade in plus the attractive current finance rate, why you chose lease over finance? I in no way am trying to be a prick, but am asking because I am on the verge of purchasing myself. Oh and one more thing, being an Audi owner, what steered you away from the beautiful S5? However, I believe your choice was the correct one. Keep us posted on your opinion of your new auto. And congrats.

I chose Leasing over Financing because of numerous reasons. I have never leased a car before, and from my experience in financing, whenever it is time to get it appraised for trade-in value, i always get offered crap and lose money. I never owned a BMW before, but have driven a friends 335i and e46 m3 sprchrgd, and am very CONFIDENT in keeping this car for 3 years. I likethat i dont have to worry about the cars value when its time to give it up. IF in the case i want to get out of the lease a couple years down the road, i can just transfer it over to someone else. I have had 2 audi's, b6/b7 a4's, they are toys. You can steer them with a pinky, handle like crap, slow, nice interiors, but i cant take my service dept anymore. Plus my car has been having problems, its been costing too much. yes, the S5 is spectacularly sexy, but i want something different, something driver oriented. The M3 was for me. With the economy these days, the deal was great, and owning a car for 3 years spending $0 on service is AWESOME. I just thought of it so much i had to pull the trigger. Despite i didn't get the deal i wanted, i'm happy with what it ended up with. Oh and thanks.

That sound like a great deal as well, congrats. Bottom line, as long as i have a car i love, and got it for a decent price...im satisfied.

....Although i would of liked to get Premium sound...however i was told that the base system is still a Harmon Kardon...right?
