Spring rate measurement in SF Bay Area.

I bought some aftermarket springs for my street E92 but the manufacturer doesn’t supply spring rate data. The engineer in me wants to measure the spring rates before I install these so I can correlate my subjective impressions to quantitative suspension parameters.
But I haven’t had much luck finding a local shop with a coil spring measuring tool. Even some shops doing custom suspension or race prep didn’t have one. And it’s hard to measure the springs for our heavy cars with a bathroom scale.

I’m in the San Francisco South Bay Area , does anyone have ea reference of a shop I could buy this service from?
