Quick: 2007 GT3 or 2009 GTR?

I'm thinking about selling my GTR and replacing it with a 2007 GT3 (this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/911-G...baaa9a1b#v4-29)

BTW, my GTR has 530AWHP and runs 10.84s 1/4 mile.
So GT3 will be slower in a straight line, but maybe more "fun" with the manual, etc.

Must be rough to have such a tough decision to make.

Your GTR sounds like a beast - but I have always loved the GT3 - so that would be my pick!

I have driven both and I would go for the GT3. The GTR is faster and handles better, but the GT3 feels like a precision musical instrument.

Buy the GT3, replace those ugly wheels with stocks, get the 997.2 GT3 wing, and call it a day.

I'd get the Porsche, but those wheels are ugly as sin. You'd have to replace those ASAP.

Whats wrong with the wheels? They are stock Porsche wheels I believe.

+1, they definitely are stock GT3s. It's an option to have them painted black from the factory.

GT-R. Don't get the '07 GT3. Only get the GT3 if you can get the '10. The '07 already looks outdated. Save up for the new one.

Nothing changed in the '10 other than the tail lights which i would change anyways.

Ummm, actually the '07 and '10 GT3's are very different cars... +.2 liter, Direct Fuel Injection, active engine mounts, revised suspension, more downforce... the list goes on.

Daily or weekend car? As a weekend car get the GT3. For a daily stick with the GTR.

i would say the gt3 since thats my fav car...

but the only problem is thats a bit old... get the newer model

you said 'looks'...
the rest of that doesnt matter.
i can get .3 liter with the SharkWerks 3.9L upgrade.
if I cared about the suspension I could just add coilovers which would be better than the stock '10 suspension.

so overall, theres nothing major really

First you say it looks outdated then when he said the exterior is not much of a different you state non exterior mods only, that have changed.

If the -07 GT3 looks so outdated compared to the '10 except from taillights please show the list that shows what the new one's got and not the -07.
