Porsche sold 8371 cars in China in Yr 2008, and they still believe this number can be doubled in 2009, the yr of the world financial crisis.
I couldnt understand why they are some many reach ppl here. |

Why didn't I know of stuff like this when I was in ShangHai?!??!
also, it's easy to pick up a chick in a M3 anywhere :P But then, why would you want to pick up a chick just because she likes your car? You need to get her without her knowing you have a BMW; when she finds out later, it'll just be an added bonus; you wouldn't want gold diggers now would you? lol. |

I'm from Brazil. Last time I was there I just wondered inside a Luxury car dealership with ferraris, lambos, GT2s and M5s. The cheapest one was the M5 selling 879,000 in Brazilian money. To give you perspective, 1 U.S. dollar is about 2 Reais, which is the brazilian currency. The Ferrari, which was just a 360 Modena, was just over 2 mil.

Roughly what they cost here in Taiwan. Are they only being sold through BMW in Shanghai or are imports now allowed into Shanghai or other parts of China? I'm wondering what the exact tax rate is for those cars now in China..
