PROBLEM !

I live in NY and I own a 335XI 2008. When i first got my car wow loved it. Now my car is constantly in the shop with the same problem (Engine Malfunction) I start my car and it sounds like its about to break.

I already caused chaos at the service department as well as the dealership I applied for the lemon law but I want a new car now. Im not trying to be arrogant or selfish. But I pay 550 a month for a 335xi and im not receiving a 335xi if you know what I mean.

How should I son these people to giving me what I want without a problem?

dont ask for a 335 upgrade to M3. thats what i did and i had the same problem. lemon law or breach of warranty. i told them there is no way i would want another 335. fuel pump sucks and they cant fi it
but after my initial being mad im so happy allowed me to get the dream car M3. if that didnt happen id still be in the 335.
