Meisterschaft GTC without valves

Has anyone seen a Meisterschaft gtc exhaust for an e92 M3 with no valves. This one is posted on marketplace, I’m interested in it, but I feel like it’s another exhaust with Meisterschaft tips added. I’m wondering how it sounds as well. Is it like the valved but always open? Can’t find anything on this thing.

that looks more like a gts to me.

Yeah, he just let me know this morning, seems like the gts is rare.
