Coolant leak between engine and flywheel

So I pulled my transmission to do the clutch and noticed a coolant leak coming from between the engine and flywheel. I pulled the flywheel off and see that there's a screw which appears to be a coolant drain plug and 2 little holes next to it. The coolant seems to be coming out of the left hole and dripping down. I never had a coolant leak. Does anybody know what would cause this and how to correct it?? I can't see where the holes lead to even when I look right in it.

Those two small holes are drain passages which allow water that collects in the middle of the engine V to drain. It's not a coolant leak- all S65's will look like that. The large allen bolt in the middle is a plug to the main oil gallery.

Ohh ok. so I shouldn't be worried about that? It's just a little odd to me because I wouldn't think that there should be any coolant coming from there unless there is some sort of leak somewhere else. I just want to be sure before I put this clutch and transmission back. I never noticed any leaks on the driveway before which is why this sort of caught me by surprise.

The poster you're replying to probably knows more about these motors than anyone but the engineers that built them. I think its probably safe to trust his assessment

Ended up being the o rings on the connecting pipes for thermostat housing. It was leaking in the valley and trickling down through the drains in the back of the engine. Just wanted to update.
