Credit Card dispute help

Well I am in the process of trying to get my money back, I have already order a statements for the time when the transaction is made. So my question is how long and what is need for the whole process is completed. Its been over 1 years and nothing and I have not heard from the shop for over 2 month with me emailing and phone call.

I think you have only 60 days to dispute a charge on your credit card. Call the 800 number in the back of your card and they will explain you the procedure.
