SC was having issues before the filter was removed for diagnosing. car always ran with a filter ON for 1000s of miles until it started having MAJOR boost issues and only hitting 2psi at redline. I think its clear that after the filter was removed the SC sustained further damage by sucking something up. Hope that clears things up for you.

It seems to me that the SC wasn't installed right in the first place and you were reluctant to follow the good advice on how to fix the problem instead relied on your local guys. You had a boost leak to begin with that your guys overlooked.
Nobody wants to take responsability for their actions anymore.if you had a lil integrity you would've apologized to ESS for tryin to portray their support as poor. |

actually it isnt......zim trapped 121 and beat that record a long time ago spinning halfway down the track nonetheless...this car barely broke 11's@119 (IIRC) with the car WITH slicks and meth, not really something to brag about but sure

yes i do know the difference drag radials or slicks, same shit in this regard...the car is a torqueless monster it doesnt need slicks to get off the line fast...spinning vs ET is a subjective topic.....some people think spinning wont effect ET (which i can argue for) but others think getting better traction will help ET (which is what I've personally experienced when I went to the track with Zim)....his trap shot up from 117 to 121 with better traction due to changing his M mode suspension settings from dynamic to comfort and spinning less...his car is faster while your buddys M3 has a quicker ET due to traction

Spining briefly in first won't effect ET's Spining in 1st 2nd & 3rd will hurt your ET 's big time as that was my case , I was running 625 file and only tested the 650 file never had the actual full kit as u need to run 8psi for 650 , I just tested the software at 7psi that's all .... You need 8 psi to see power Gain ..

as far as it being few mph down from Zims car, one - his car had a higher rated power kit on it, two - he ran at a track rental where he could try different things all day and probably did 12+ passes. i did 3 passes on this car - and its not my car. i am an average driver with pretty much no experience running an M3 down the track. zim drives/races his all the time where he should be faster then me (ofcourse given we run same tires). understand my point? things arent always black or white, there are alot of variables that go into a good track time. Prodigy your right you need the right shoes , mine sucked yOkohama advan sport and for what it worth I got 4 pulls in that day , it's not easy takes a lot of practice .

Was your HP issue resolved
Was your car problem solved that was making less hp on ESS VT kit.? I am having 100% same issues and can't figure why i can't achieve the target HP... Done everything done every test
