AUX issue, but USB has power

I randomly had my AUX fail, by fail I mean that it has stopped being recognized when something is plugged in. (AUX stays unselectable on screen even when devices are plugged in)

It seems like a common problem, but unlike most people my USB still gives power. (I would just use USB if 08's could play music from my phone directly to the head unit)

I have done the following:

- Checked fuses behind glovebox
- Replaced the AUX port
- Replaced the AUX port cable
- Tried multiple AUX cables
- Tried multiple input devices

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can try or test next? Or any other ways I could diagnose the problem or install a workaround without re-programming?

Pretty much any input would be helpful at this point.
