Anyone planning on making it out to C&C this coming Saturday?

Golgothar (Mike) and I will probably meet up and head over together, if anyone is interested in joining us

I wish this started later in the day as I never wake up on time! Getting my Vorsteiner trunk installed today so I’ll swing by if I wake up(!) to show off my latest addition.

Replacing my MS Filter and RPi scoops with Dinan Intake (Though i'll probably keep the scoops cant hurt right?)

And I'm adding Dinan Exhaust and Dinan Pulley.

My rig is at 410ft and our next drill location is even shallower, so at least I've got that going. Waiting for the other shoe to drop though.

Tinpot: Did you get your tail lights tinted yet? I'd like to check those out sometime. I'd like to go to a C&C meet, but I'm like you, that would require me to get up way early on a Saturday morning. Not sure if I have the power to do that.

I didn’t get my taillights tinted as the painting/drying was going to take two days. I’m also debating on getting the 2011 LCI taillights, too. Got my trunk installed yesterday, which looks great! Once I get my RAC’s we should go for photoshoot.

I bought Project808's "Devastator" tails, but they won't here in time for tomorrow C&C this month ;( I'll have them next month if that's enough incentive for you to come, haha.

It might go still...but MAN...a freakin' unraveled tire popped out from an SUV on I-10 today and I hit it hard going about 65 mph. The freakin' thing was unraveled lengthwise and was perpendicular to me and taking up my entire lane. I had 1 sec to react. I slightly swerved halfway over to the right lane (nobody was next to me luckily). I ended up running over the tire on my driver's side. Continuing to drive, I did not notice any strange noises, my steering wheel was not vibrating more than usual, and my alignment was not out of the ordinary. No warning lights either. I thought...wow I got lucky!

No I didn't. When I get home, my driver side painted reflector was missing and my JL-Motoring VRS style front lip had split in the center and the screw that attaches to the far edge has been ripped off so it's dangling on one side. Also, the felt cover thingie located on the bottom of the car has been torn and now will not keep the plastic lining of the wheel well fit properly. The car doesn't look too ghetto, but these aesthetics are still bothering me. Mechanically, the car is fine.

I just put on a spare pair of clear reflectors. Then I got 3M double-sided outdoor tape and re-attached the front lip again. I tried to use a screw to attach the front lip but the bumper was already threaded for a hole...and I didn't want to make a second hole into my bumper just yet. I may order a new JL-Motoring front lip and I'd rather have a second hole be made with my new front lip installed.
