I've seen a couple posts about people getting an E93 M3 for around $700-800/mo with no drive off. A couple got it in the $600's with Euro delivery.

First off don't put any money down on a lease. Use that $2500 for monthly security deposits.

If by $2500 you mean minimum drive off then that's something else.

Ryan Amico at Steve Thomas BMW will get you a better deal. Pretty much the main issue will be negotiating an invoice price.

Things that will be required and non-negotiable: DMV Fee, Bank Fee, Tax

Doc Fee and invoice price will be negotiable (doc fee is anywhere from $50-150). Do some research on the forums to find the invoice price. Ryan Amico at Steve Thomas BMW will be up front about everything. If you need his info let me know.

Leased an e93 from Ryan 2 Weeks ago. Gave me a ridiculous deal. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

depends really on the original price of the car

a base e93 can be had for 700/month

but a loaded one will run in the low 800s

and they require dmv and first month payment and such

Unbelievable. I went in a little over a year and a half ago and they wanted $1400/month for my E92 ( $ 72k sticker ). I went to two different dealerships and I got a similar number. Obviously wasn't going to pay that but I had my heart set on another M. Went with select financing and got a great rate of 0.9%, but I would have much rather leased it and gotten a new one in 3-4 years. Timing is everything I guess.

The E93's have a killer money factor. I got mine when it was 0.0005. It hasn't been that low again. I believe the MF on the verts are about that low.
There was a recent thread with a couple guys saying they were in the high $600's with ED on an E93. No drive off. I was skeptical but two guys said thats what they got. They were not stripped cars either.

Garage List
The E93 leases are out of this world.

Coupes are an easy $100-$150 more b/c of the RV.

OP, that's a good deal (assuming $2.5k out the door) Unless you care to save $10-20 / off that price, that's just being a cheap ass in a $80k car

It's hilarious how some people bitch and whine about $5, $10, $15 on a lease when leasing luxury cars. (Not implying you at all OP ) Just find it funny.

I highly doubt $600 all-in on an E93 (maybe a BASE model, ED delivery, low-tax state, etc.)

I was window shopping about a year ago and was quoted $1200 a month on a $0 down "sign and drive" so no doc fees or taxes either lease. I think it was 36 months that had the best rates.

That was for a loaded coupe every single option but DCT

It is possible,

$544 quoted for states of florida exclude tax. BASE NO OPTIONS doing ED $577 @ 6% tax rate in Florida.

What is the price of the sale? Current MF for leases until the end of February is 0.0009. How many years is the lease? If 3 years the residual would be 63%. Your quote of $800 per month is very good. Does that include monthly tax?

I just leased an M3 vert, custom build with MSRP of about $82,200. I got 3K off that price. That is about 3K over invoice, which is still not a great financial deal. In general I think that most people could negotiate a lower ultimate sales price. However, in my case, this is the only dealer in town and they provide very good service after the sale. This includes valet service from my work or home for all service appointments and all communication with the SA are done done via texting or direct calls to their cell phone any time I need. I am ok with paying the premium for good service. They have a very good track record with my current E60 M5.

But anyway, with that said, the price payment they offered for 12K per year (I went with 15K per year) with $1659 drive off (I do not need to give the $1500 deposit being a return BMW customer) is $915 per month before monthly tax. It sounds like yours is a good deal... Is any of the $2500 that your paying being used to pay down your monthly rate or is it a combination of first month, delivery fees and security deposit?

if it's 2500 DRIVE off and 800/month tax INCLUDED

take it immediately

but, if it's plus tax... and 2500 down plus d/o, you're looking at 4200 drive off 880 a month

then it's not a good deal

so MSRP of 79000? (not ED price, regular US MSRP)

so 660 after taxes?

Very nice!

If you had the 19s and prem sound, you'd be looking at about 690/month with taxes i think

still a great deal. 110 less per month than me.... damn 4k.. yeah that was the savings i would have had if I had done ED.
One day

congrats though!!

$645 after taxes. Didn't price w/ sound but w/ 19'' it was $670, but I like the look of the gunmetal 18'' w/ space gray and everyone here has the 19''. Who knows I might get some VMRs. On target with MSRP. One thing I did was put the max security deposit (refunded at the end of the lease) which effectively bought down my money factor to .41. The only reason I decided on the security deposit is I am lemoning my '10 e90 335 and bmw is writing me check. This will be my 2nd ED is 12 months!!! http://www.m3post.com/forums/images/.../happyanim.gif
1st time was with wife and baby. This time with a friend and we're going straight to nurbergring!!!

PS - is your friends wind deflector still available??
