Location of Ambient Temp Sensor

Anybody have an idea of where this sensor is located?

Dash is reading -40 for outside temp.

Also does anyone know if this plays a role in the coolant system?

Thanks.

Sensor is located in the driver side bumper air duct. The beginning of where air is drawn into the air filter housing.

Don't know if it plays a role into the cooling system.

Thanks found it.

Running a new intake the eliminated the lower duct. Reconnected and correct temp displayed!
