I have a a SimLab P1X BNIB. Do not need this as I placed an order for a playseat and did not want this.

The cancellation for the P1X did not go though and it is being delivered 11/21/2022. I ordered it direct from SimLab EU website.

Local pickup preferred here in SoCal.
