Help Identifying Brakes

Hi Folks... coming up on 2 months with my "new to me" 2011 E93 M3, which will be needing pads at least in the near future. As far as I can tell, stock calipers are a plain gray... which makes me wonder what I have? How can I positively identify?

Thanks,
Mike

Those are stock calipers and rotors. Looks like they just painted them red instead of black.

Definitely stock calipers with a coat of red paint and some stickers.

Though the look of bigger brake kits/red calipers is appealing, let’s face it, I’m not tracking my E93 I’m just enjoying it on trips and such. Do folks think a nice set of pads and maybe a proper powder coating of these calipers and call it a day? Or is there a reasonably priced “step up”. Appreciate any input!

Stock calipers are more than sufficient for fast road use. Just get good pads and good fluid.
