2009 M3 6 speed 28,406 miles currently might go up slightly. I love the car but I never drive it now that I have 2 kids so after procrastinating for a few months it is up for sale. I had new Michelin PSS placed last year at 27,953 miles. The previous owner had the car shipped to Mporium BMW they replaced the rod bearings, oil pan gasket, engine mounts, oil sensor gasket, turner power pulley, new BMW battery, new spark plugs, front aluminum under tray. It has an Eventuri carbon fiber intake plenum and elbow, full Valvetronic exhaust with high flow cats, Bimmertech AppleCare play and backup camera, ceramic window tint, WeatherTech mats and M5 shift knob with an Alcantara shift boot . It is currently on the factory tune previously I had the Alpine Stage 2 tune but Nevada only allows only 1 monitor to not be ready for smog and the tune had 2 monitors not ready. I have the Alpine ECU tuner it will come with the car and I believe Alpine allows me to transfer the tune to the new owner. I have the factory exhaust, intake plenum and elbow, mats, grills, shift boot pretty much whatever isn’t currently factory on the car I have. I have had all the maintenance done at a local BMW shop named Werkstatte BMW ONLY automotive. Only issue I am aware of currently is that the A/C was recharged last year and I had to have it charged again this year. It is currently working and all summer last year it worked. Please let me know if there is any other questions. I am also open to a partial trade of a Lexus/Toyota SUV.

Thank you I really did some research before buying as I wanted a really clean car that I could still use as a family daily but realistically I want something with more space and that I don't have to worry about getting hit while I'm getting groceries. I wish I had more garage space but it doesn't make sense to me to keep a car I might drive every few months. The cars been great but I just find myself using my crewcab tundra for the kids as its so much easier.

Hi just wanted to post an update I took the car back in to confirm where the A/C was leaking from. The technician stated there was a slow leak from the evaporator. Cost to repair was $3800 in light of the I'm reducing the price to $51K. I also have attached a carfax I just pulled. I also have the invoices attached for the services I had completed on the car including the new tires.

Hi sorry been a bit busy haven't had a chance to respond to everyone. I initially planned on posting the car on bringatrailer but I thought if I could get it sold quickly to an enthusiast I would go that route. I reached out to bringatrailer this past Friday to confirm current wait times once the car is approved and it was alot shorter than I thought it would be so I'm posting the car on there. Hey everyone I didn't end up selling via bringatrailer I kept pushing it off as I really do love the car and kept trying to justify keeping it. Now though I have another car that will hopefully be completed soon and I don't have the space to keep this. Like I mentioned in the initial post I'd prefer to sell it to an enthusiast. I'm available most days with enough notice for anyone that wants to come see the car in person. Also open to having the car inspected by any reputable shops nearby. I realized that I'd have to try and change the car back to as close to stock as I could if I wanted to sell it via bringatrailer and the car is better in my opinion with the tasteful mods it has. Hey sorry for anyone I haven't responded to been a bit busy with work plus I did not see any notifications for the private messages. Car is still available and like I mentioned previously I'm open to any inspections at reputable shops. A/C has not been fixed but if I do decide to I will update with the info.
