Wtb: DCT E9X

Hey all, looking to finally get into an E9X M3. I'm a bit open to specs, so I'd love to hear what y'all have. I'm located in Los Angeles, but am open to travel / ship.

Must haves:

Clean title (small accidents OK, just no salvage)
Can pass CA smog (if it's not smog compliant right now but you have stock parts to make it comply, that's fine)
No rust

Nice to have:

Competition package
A "fun" color (e.g. melbourne red, le mans blue, etc)
< 100k miles
LCI
Double hump
California cars

Not preferred, but open to:

Black exterior
Palladium interior
6MT (though I may be open to it)

Budget is <= $40k, but I'm willing to make exceptions for the right spec. Feel free to message me on here or on Instagram @polar.m2c

09 e90 Jet black slick top clean title 107k Miles
RB/TA Done
DCT Side Pan just replaced
Water pump, thermostat, pulleys, belts replaced recently
Seems legit single piece Drive Shaft
Mr 12 volt apple car play with reverse camere. Wired correctly so the bmw mic and buttons on steering wheel fully controls the entertainment.
Upgraded paddle shifters to a clicky extended one.
Sitting on fortune auto 500 coilovers.
Will need to bring your own wheels since my te37's were a gift so I want to keep them.

Asking 32k located in orange county, CA
