Blow amp help?

I was driving my car and through the speakers I kept getting a pop sound like when you touch the end of aux cable ( best way to describe it ). Then I had a battery discharge warning come up on the dash I have had this coming up for a long time I replaced the battery I replaced the earth sensor and updated the software on the battery control box and the engine.

Now my speakers are playing bass like they have been blown and I don't ever have my music loud and when they did start it was very quiet, when you turn the music up the driver door doesn't work and they distort so badly, every now and again it makes a loud beeping noise that sounds like out of a horror film, when I plug my charger into the cigarette lighter the radio gets interference and can't get a radio signal but I turned the car off and walked away last nite and it started making the loud noise once I was walking away and locked the car !

I'm stuck checked the cables in a box in the boot I'm a hands on person but when it comes to wires and eletrics I become stuck!

Has any one had this problem or know what the problem could be I think it might be to do with the amp of come kind or the head unit not the head unit itself because that still works the sat nav CD player e.g

Blown amp.
got quoted 2400just for the amp itself from dealership..

Might as well just buy aftermarket
