Dun think he meant welded, I think he meant just chop off then bolt on.

I am looking for a *relatively* inexpensive yet skilled welder myself though. Have an OEM X-pipe mod in mind....

Dude seriously, go to Steves Muffler in Glendale. You wont regret it..The owners name is Edmund...great work, great prices...Ive had him do everything from side skirt install, mad exhaust work, suspension work/adjustment,etc. He owns a few BMWs himself...really knows his shit.

Oh word? Yeah I came up on a set of RD for 250, not bad I suppose. I like the drop, but im somewhat concerned about longevity of components. What else would need to be replaced other than shocks? How much do those run anyway?

250 sounds like a good price. I am not aware of what else might need replacing later but I would imagine the OEM shocks to be pretty expensive. That's why I have some KW V3s on my list of mods coming soon..

LOL I dont even have your number...thats why after I bounced from teh last meet I mentioned texting me so I could have your number. Or pm it to me.

Yeah I really really need to keep practicing. As you said...I really am going to avoid rev-matching for some time...until I refine the basics. Yes, some time very soon we need to meet and drive around so I can go

once again!

Yeah..when I had my 335i, I didnt wanna deal with replacing shocks, so I got KWs as well. But the ones for M3s are more money...rdsport seems to be a viable solution, at least for now...
