Nice collection. Based on the Raptor picture, you have 3 garage doors? one leading out back?

Yes they are the factory seats, this is the best option you could put when building one.
I still wish I had the stock f56 jcw seats, those are the best seats available in a mini!

How's the Mini for daily duty? I've been using my GLI as the DD since new. Lately I've been considering mixing it up. I had a supercharged Mini S once upon a (short) time and loved it. Don't know anything about the newer ones.

Imo the the r56 is the best platform they made , it's a lot less harsh compare to the r53.
It's focused and really livable since I removed the runflat .

Let me know by pm if you have any question on which engine or what option you should get. Ive been working at MINI for the past 5 years.

Awesome collections! These are my three. Purchased the X recently to daily and tow the track beater. Finally had enough of driving to the track in a race bucket and without a/c in south Florida.

Always liked the Z4MC, they hold their value really well too (which is good and bad, personally don't feel like spending that much on a 10 years old car )

Interesting how Mini get great options like this when most BMWs don't
(I sat in an older Mini not sure which gen, it had factory Recaro sportster CS with JCW logo on it, those seats were great)

All MINI generations are vastly different for many reasons. My favorite was my RMW tune 2006 GP. Very harsh tight ride, extremely fun to drive but for daily use the R53 is the most raw and beats you up. The R56 platform is good 2011-2013, the N14 in the 2007-2010 has some bad timing chain issues that will never be fully cured. The N18 with a Burger tuning JB+ or JB4 is a blast to drive and the R56 platform is much easier and more comfortable on long trips. I race a factory F56 JCW with the Dinan tune and it is by far the smoothest, least Raw Mini. The 2.0 modular motor is much more power than outgoing models and is extremely easy and smooth to drive. The interior is the least "MINI", but the seats are the best and most adjustable over all, it is slightly bigger so it would be the closest to your GTI but also runs out of RPM's WAY to early in my opinion. All 3 are vastly different platforms. Honestly, the the torque you can get out of the GTI's with an APR tune, thy are hard to beat, especially since you can get a comparatively optioned GTI with discounts for far less than my 2017 JCW which tips the scale at $42,000!!!

I remember when we started getting these in N/A. I couldn't believe they offered recaros as factory seats. It was also a pretty cheap options if you ask me.
The coolest thing MINI did recently was shipping overseas a bunch of R56 GP, the dealer where I work got 3. These were so fun to drive!

BMW should offer more option like recaros, I bet a lot of customers would pay premium to get these.

I would get a F56 jcw if I was in the market for a new car. They have proven to be very reliable. But they do lack the ''raw'' feel like you've mentioned. The stock jcw seats are one of the most confortable seats I have sat in.
Moonwalk grey with red roof, manual with the wireless jcw exhaust line makes it a grey daily!

I unfortunately know way too many people with manual transmission issues and metal shavings in their engines to make a reliability statement at this point with the F56! Time will tell. All 3 machines very different!
