Yes I have the Evolve supercharger and I was able to pass inspection with a special tune AND my stock cats in place. I want to now see if my special tune will work the the BMS fix so I don't have to put the cats back in place.

Well thats encouraging... how recent was your tune?

My car is at ACM now and i'm going to try and pass, i'm pretty confident there won't be a issue.
i just installed the tune last month and my car is 2011

How long did it take for the O2 sensors to show as ready after installing the emissions tune? I've only driven it 30 miles, but thought it could take 100+ miles for it to actually be ready.

That seems quite excessive. I wonder if Roman@ESS can chime in on how long it should take on average.

Wow i'm surprised you were able to do it with a catless system.

My car had a couple things go ready except for primary O2's but then had a code for O2.... gonna try and figure that out and then I should be good to go.

It could've been less. I'm breaking in a new motor and I had to change the oil at 280 miles and that's when I checked and all screens were clear.

I have a set of mini cats that were on a friends stock car but catless and he used them and he passed emission.
You can use them if you would like.
Saw your car at ACM the other day and it looks great.

I appreciate that! I'm going to try and get the O2 code figured out with Tom and pass but if I need to I may take you up on that offer. Thanks!

I'm happy to report that my switch to ESS has allowed my emissions monitors to report READY within only 50 miles of driving. In a single attempt, they achieved what Evolve was unable to do in two months and a thousand miles of driving. Not only that, but ESS has been incredibly responsive to all my questions.

ESS software division sent me the O2 readiness tune the next day and that's simply outstanding.

IMG, what state are you in? Fingers crossed for CA haha, the emissions regs here are crazy, and if you passed here I'm gonna head down that same ess supercharger / tune route.

My only guess is he lives in a state which allows one of the sensors to read not ready?
