Blown up rear P-zero zr19
Just needed some good advice.
So here it goes. I was driving along I-10 (socal) when I was ready to exit the freeway, a heard a soft boom. Seconds later, I saw tire pressure monitor lid up. So I pulled over right away and saw the tire had a 3 inch crack widthwise with of course a flat tire. Bought the car brand new last sept 2011. Has 8k miles now and is only driven as relaxed as i can be. Never been to a track. Who do i need to voice out my concerns regarding this?? |

If you have tire/wheel insurance, time to call the dealership.

Contact the dealer or BMW roadside assistance if you need to tow your car.
calintexas is correct - the P-Zeros do not last long even with only highway driving. 8k miles is enough to wear out a P-Zero rear tire. How much tread is remaining on the other rear tire? |
