Surprised he didn’t support THE Ohio State University since I’m sure he thinks it’s perfectly acceptable to beat women too.

rofl...ok you sit down now. I'm surprised Michigan fans are piping up after they finally beat ranked team in how many tries? I've forgotten the last time. I'm bracing for your excuses after this weekend.

M stands for mediocre.

Haha.
I’m just talking shit, I don’t have any excuses about Michigan, they need to put up or shut up.

Just had a really ratchet time in East Lansing. Their frats are something else.

Already bought tickets for the Michigan vs. Pedo State game in 2 wks. I'm hearing it's going to be a primetime night matchup. Let's gooooo.

The Ohio State game was a fucking embarrassment. It just shows you cannot throw it EVERY play. If that offense worked, the Texas Tech and Washington State would be champs.

We have to have balance. Should have mixed in Tate Martell in last 3 games. Just make the defense prepare for 2 different styles, and have some element of a running game. Geez.

They did the same thing last year, got blown out by unranked Iowa 55-24. That blowout loss kept them out of the playoffs, combined with another loss to OU.

Haskins is step down from Barret. Bosa left school, going pro. Offensive line is looking porous.

Here comes the Urban Meyer health concerns from his Gator days. Both Dan Patrick and Kirk Herbstreit saying he doesn’t look healthy on sidelines.

Haskins is a completely different QB than Barrett. Ohio State needs to have way more balance. Whereas Barrett days were unhealthy balance of the QB run (Barrett was way too careful with the ball and did not throw into coverage or deep), Haskins offense swung way to the other side. Ohio State threw 73 times. That is not normal, not when you have 2 1000 yard RBs on the team.

I called it way back in week 3 that Ohio State needs a 2nd QB package. We have a 5 star #1 dual threat recruit sitting on the bench carrying a clipboard. We need to have a package of plays in there for him.

Frankly, teams have bad games. Everyone does. How you handle adversity and bounce back matters. Season is far from over. There's still a lot of football left to be played. It's funny how starting in October, everyone assumes all the Top 10 teams are going undefeated or something. If anything Ohio State's (or the B1G champion's) cfp contender is the 2nd SEC team and not the Pac 12 team. I've said LSU will be in the CFP...but 1 more loss will keep them out of it.

nah, the way he handles stress...sure that's all out there for people to see on TV. My friend and I talked about it too...like man as a coach, you got to have a stone face when good and bad things happen. Even when things got tough, I never showed my stress like him...lol.

Herbsteit said Meyer recently has been suffering from his migraines again. He dropped to a knee due to pain during Indiana game.

During the Indiana game, he ran into someone on the sidelines and butted heads...on a Ohio State TD pass...

Frankly, what you're talking about just shows confirmation bias... his non-verbal reactions have been the same every year. That's just how he is. You put circumstantial stories around pictures and you think they're all connected. Cameras love to capture the emotions.

No real surprises in CFP top 4. Maybe undefeated ND behind one loss LSU but LSU has that win against GA. One of the top 4 will obviously lose (since Alabama and LSU play each other). Wouldn’t be surprised if 2 or 3 drop a game before final rankings. Alabama and Clemson might need to lose twice to not make it in (depending who they lose to and how bad the loss is).

After that looks like UCF has no shot, especially with 2-loss FL ahead of them, Ohio State needs a lot to happen to have a shot and my guess is 2 SEC teams get in again. Probably Alabama and GA again.

good analysis. Of course with every year's initial CFP release, everyone assumes all teams win out. History has shown very few teams will win out. I expect ND and Clemson to lose 1.

It looks like Pac 12 is going to definitely get left out this year and Big 12 has a chance to get left out too. This is all dependent on ND's final record.

I have always been in the view that should an ACC team get a spot, a similar record ND team should be left out given they play a light-ACC schedule AND they don't have to play the ACC title game. Especially this year as they won't play the presumed ACC Champions. I hate it how Notre Dame always can "have their cake and eat it too". Like the 2014 Big 12 Championship game issue, CFP should make a point for ND to join a conference or be always left out in this type of situation.

I think the only way ND gets in is to go undefeated. If they lose and have no title game I think they are out with no conference championship game. Their schedule has several decent to good teams, but overall is not great. It looked better on paper at the start of the year. Stanford, USC, FSU and Va Tech are all disappointed in their seasons. Michigan is a great win. That said, I could see them losing at NW or vs. Syracuse. Maybe even FSU or USC can get their shit together enough to beat them but I doubt it.

If they lose it gets more interesting. I agree it doesn’t look good for PAC 12. I think someone from Big 10 or Big 12 gets in ahead of a one-loss ND. Of course odd things happen at this time of year. All 4 top teams could lose again. Conference favorites could lose badly, etc.
