Has anyone heard about New BMW programming?
After i got my car back from the dealer, i cannot drive without seatbelts on. It automatically changes to \"N\" when i hit the accel. Without seatbelts on.
Plus, the car keep gives me a warning message (The car is not engaged to \"P\", car may rolling somthing like this) everytime i put \"N\" gear even with seatbelts on. So, i went back to dealer to find out what was going on my car, but they told me that there is nothing wrong with my car. It is just a NEW BMW programming. Is anyone has same things like me??? By the way, my car is 2009 M3 with Double clutch. Thanks

My car was upgraded a few months ago (two or three) and i do not have the same issues you are experiencing. My Service Advisor said the software update was to version 2.41.4.

v 2.43 is the latest and pretty much everyone that has DCT and went to dealer got that. Mine did as well. There isn't a coding change that i know of that can revert back yet. But i'm sure with time someone will come up with a solution.
