Splooge911,
Can you email me your deal to kavellanet at bellsouth dot net?
Or where you got this deal. Those are fantastic numbers.

Thanks

I also got holiday credit, so I only owe $49 + my MSDs ($4900) at signing. So the payment is 683, but I only make 34 payments (1st is in due at signing covered by holiday bonus, second is covered by BMWFS as part of ED lease). The holiday bonus also took care of acquisition fee, bank fee, and doc fee save 50 bucks. Pretty Sweet.
Can you explain the holiday credit and how that was applied? I am thinking about going and ordering an M3 for lease before year-end and that is practically the perfect monthly payment for me. Any specifics you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

^^The Holiday Cash that BMW is currently offering can be used as a cap
reduction in addition to the minimum drive off(first payment, bank
acquisition fee, doc fee, and DMV fees), or it can be used to eat up most of
or all of the minimum drive off. In this situation, it was used to minimize
the drive off. hope that helps out a little for you

Oh ok. So the $1,500 holiday cash would be a cap reduction on the M3. I thought that was only for purchases. If I email you the specifications of the car I am interested in, can you work up the leasing figures for performance center delivery? I looked at the leasing rates posted here, but I don't know what the actual monthly payment would be.

Its for both lease or finance. Cap reduction or to minimize upfront out of pocket exposure
