Help: Windows XP Gurus Needed

i don't know what my bro touched, but evertime i launch internet explorer, a 'run as' box comes up and asks 'which user account do you want to use to run this program?'. i have to click on administrator and log in everytime i want to use explorer. how do i disable this feature?

help much appreciated, thanks guys.

controlpanel/useraccounts there should be a password login thing there just shut it off..
