Quick help!!-CSB and Driving 90 miles

Looking for quick advice. I’m at an autox event and started hearing the dreaded cowbell. I now need a center support bearing.

My question is, can I drive 90 miles home or do I need to get a tow?

Update: the sound went away by just rolling back and forth in my driveway with the ebrake on. No CSB at this time.
