Service indicator is very dim

I have a 2 door 1997 M3 in very good condition. The only issue is now the light of service indicator is dim, it is very hard to read. The mileage number and oil service indicator are very hard to read. Could you help to pin point what the problem is and how to fix it please? I turned the nob to maximum of the panel light already.

Thanks,

Gordon
