I am creating an official for sale thread. Please, no trade offers. I have an extremely clean 2009 e90 M3 6MT, I would call it mint minus some rock chips on the front nothing too bad. It has 59,589 miles on the odometer. Garage kept. Enthusiast Owned. I ideally would only like to sell to another enthusiast. I bought the car completely stock at about 54k miles, 2 years ago. No accidents. No issues. No weird noises.
Modifications include:
-Lux LED Angel eyes ($120)
-Macht Schnell air filter ($90)
-MS pullies ( I have stock pullies and belt) ($300)
-RPI full race exhaust ( I still have stock midsection and can replace) ($3300)
-racing wheel studs ($50)
-wheel spacers, rear ($40)
-blacked out kidneys, side vents, and emblems($250)
-Bimmerworld Exclusive Apex ARC-8 gloss black wheels all around, no rash. ($1500)

-programmed key for EURO features such as all windows close/open with fob and entry button on door. Mirrors fold on lock. unfold on unlock. Euro hazard lights. Instant MPG. Digital speedo.($350)
-iDrive updated and maps upgraded to 2018($600)

I have babied this car and I don't drive it very much. Interior is in great shape. Bolsters look amazing. Almost smells like a new car still. No leaks. Service records that show extended warranty from previous owner with no claims. The car is fully loaded. Cold weather package with pass through, tech package, premium sound, rear window shades, updated nav, sunroof. Probably some more stuff that I am forgetting.


Asking $29,000 obo. Willing to negotiate/ take off mods. Need to sell. I am buying a house.

I found a bunch of service records from previous owners. Not a lot of recorded oil changes but I dont blame them as BMW charges way too much to do it. My dealer wants $450. For an oil change.
Records of:
1 battery replacement
Brake flushes
Few alignments/tire replacements
Looks like the vehicle was originally traded back to the dealership and sold to 2nd owner who purchased an extended warranty which might still be in effect until 60,7xx miles. No major warranty work has been done.
Airbag recall fixed.
Blow motor recall still not addressed.

Lots of interest. Mostly out of state. No one has seen the vehicle yet. The first to see it will almost guaranteed take it home! Just returned from vacation bump!
