I changed the pre-cat O2 sensors and my rattling noise went away. I tried to recreate it with heavy acceleration and no luck - sounds normal now.

One of my sensors was original, made in 2010, and the other one was made in 2013.

Damn, just had to replace my DCT. Driveshaft started bouncing violently due to output shaft wear.
