I am local can pick up , also know the guys at ACM could meet there.

Just want to know if it needs to be modded to fit on the sedan.

Whats up man,

Yeah I can meet at ACM. A guy bought one of the lower's from me and mounted it to his E90, said it fit good. The upper piece didn't fit the E90 but the lower fit great. ACM has installed a few of these exact diffusers. I can meet you there this weekend if you're interested, unfortunately I have no photos of it but they can vouch for fitment I'm sure.
