Which wheels to go? You choose!

It's time for another poll. It seems like there are two wheels to choose from the start:

Standard wheels are
Light Alloy M Double Spoke 260 M, 18" - 245/40 265/40:

__________________________________________________ _______________

Optional you can choose
Light Alloy M Double Spoke 220 M, 19 " - 245/35 265/35:

So which wheels do you prefer?

Best regards, south

The 19s for sure. Those E46 ZCP 19s on the concept are really starting to grow on me. I hope they offer them at some point, along with ZCP. I could always add them I suppose.

I like the 18s. Love the M5 rims.

I don't like the double-10 spoke design at all. And they are heave and not forged. I will take some forged double-5 spoke wheels.

Both 18 and 19 look good and both equally time consuming to wash (10 double spokes). E90/E92 fender had thicker lip compare to E46, the larger rim tend to look more proportion on the E90/E92 model.

The black ones are just ugly black. I prefer the shiny once. The best would be in chrom ;-)

I'll vote 19"s but in a perect world I'd probably go with HRE 441R's

They aren't necessairly my favorite wheel, I just think they looked PERFECT on the E46 M3, so why not try them on the E92:rocks:

i would get 19s that are forged and lightweight (HRE, iForged, CCW, etc).

You may know this but it sounds like you don't from your post. Those black 19s are camouflaged so to keep them a bit hidden before production. The likely finish is probably something like the 19s for the E46 M3, polished with black "insides". I think they are going to look killer. Perhaps no need for afermarket wheels, especially if they are forged and reasonably light.

Too rich for my blood. I don't see the additional performance of HRE over BBS besides the bling factor.

They will most likely be painted silver like the M5 wheels, IMO. Black would be a cool option on certain exterior colors.

HRE offers many different sizes. I think the 19x8.5 and 19x9 are around $1,000 a piece, which kind of sucks since they raise their prices each year

I hear you, though HRE's are widely considered as being one of teh best made wheels, not that BBS's are not, but HRE is of a higher quality. Plus these are multi piece wheels and forged, unlike many BBS's.

The concept's 19" CSL style ones. They're slightly different to those, so this must indicate they'll be available?

I actually really like the wheels on the Concept car in Geneva. I wish BMW would offer those wheels on the E92 M3.
