Exclamation O2 Sensor Faults

Hello guys, my first post since I am really trying to seek help for this issue. I recently replaced my O2 sensor (bank 2 sensor 2) with BOSCH. The original faults were fixed however, new ones came back. New faults but same sensor. Wondering if anybody has any tips or solutions. Thank You!

Below are the faults:

These are the new codes, I can’t find the old ones.
As far as the transmission the last thing I did was a fluid change.

Swap sensors left to right and see if the error follows.

Also check your exhaust ring gaskets for leaks.

the open lid / TCU codes, given that you did a fluid fill tell me that either something got disturbed around the transmission harness, or an actual issue with the fill procedure.

Since both of these errors are on the same bank, I would check continuity between the pins for the signal on the sensors to where they terminate at the X60000 dme connector.
