My logic is that it's an oem piece so should be strong and it is the same thickness as the VAC adapter that goes under the floor mount so it should be fine.

Running it at the track for the first time in two weeks, I'll report back. From what I've seen though there is an order of magnitude difference from standard phone GPS.

Nice on the SoloDL. It's on my list for sure.

Check out dogbone's write-up on Harry's and SoloDL, great info on what all can be done with each: LINK.

Thanks for that link.

His write-ups are great, just a bit too verbose for my liking.

I'm in the NYIAS and saw the F80 ZCP and they let me in the GTS as well!
Satan wheels look fine in person but are missing concavity. The orange GTS ones are over the top for me, but half of the Porsche fanbois on this forum who criticize the GTS would happily rock a GT3 with neon orange wheels, so whatever

Loved the GTS. Would happily buy one if I could.

I think I'll pick up a stripper F80 for track use. The E92 MCB is too hot to put into a wall.

Speaking of hot, the Viper ACR was there. Incredible! The pretty stunning giant model around the car said she heard they'd continue production past 2017.

The front tires got me through the day, but they corded pretty badly on the inside:

You need camber plates more than springs.

Wait I read outside lol.

Thought I corded my tire since it was leaking air and got flat. Turns out it was a hole in the tire. Didn't know there were nails at the track.

Hehe, I have camber plates! -2.5 degrees. They were cording a little bit on the outside, but when I called it quits and pulled the entire tire, the inner part was worse!! Never had this happen, where the inner was worse than the outer. I haven't flipped them either.

Zero toe or light toe out may produce that result.
