Exclamation No idea whats happening with my m3

Hey!
I just bought my e92 m3 from a third party dealer. The rod bearings and throttle actuators have been replace/refurbished. A couple days after buying the car, I’ve noticed some inconsistent issues with the car. Out of nowhere I get rough idles every now and then, more frequent when cold starting the car. After a couple rev bounces, the car goes into limp mode, idling at 1100 rpm and max redline at 5000 rpm.
I let the car warm up and start driving with the code until it warms to its normal temps. Once Im at a red light, I turn the car off and on, idles normal-ish with no code, and i drive with no issues at all as if nothing happened. Smooth shifting and driving. After running a few errands throughout the day, out of the blue with the normal temps and regular idle, the car throws itself into limp mode again.
Just today I was filling gas to half tank and my “close gas cap” light came on too when it was clearly closed. First time that code came on.
Recently when i cold started the car, and let it warm for 30 seconds-1 minute then drive, it was completely normal the whole day.
SUPER inconsistent, but I provided pictures of the invoice of the repairs before I bought it along with codes I got the past 3 weeks of having the car.
I believe it might be something with the VANOS, fuel tank breather valve, fuel pump or O2 sensor

what coils did you provide them with, is your battery voltage ok, are the grounds ok, do you have any exhaust leaks?

I havent checked any but I did order a fuel tank breather valve which Im replacing today. I checked only the coils and they look fresh, and looks like the bought the OEM coils.

This morning rough idle at cold start, i did same thing drove till warm, restarted car and idled a little rough but not enough to put into limp/emergency mode.

Yup. I question the coils and spark plugs used.
