Took delivery.

the car is amazing over all. i would agree 335 feels faster coz of the torque, but never got past 4k RPM. not planning to until 300 miles.

I have done 140 miles so far averaging 19.1 mpg now, which is pretty good. didnt go over 70 mph.

i got a shit load of thumbs up

i dont think i can add much to what everyone else said. we tried to tune M Audio, still cant get the right settings. maybe people should post their settings.

clutch started weird, but i think i am getting used to it but not ditching the gas pedal completely. maybe a bad idea.

this is my day:
7 something AM i get a email from CA saying it's here
9:30 email telling it's not ready
few emails/phone calls about insurance and lease deals
i get a call at 11 am saying it's ready.

by 1:30 i was on the road already, headed to Longtran's place (

) got my wheels on, reflectors, Valentine1, kidney grills and angel eyes.

2008 E92 M3
AW, CF roof, CF leather trim on Red Fox leather, 18" wheels (i LOVE them)
tech package, premium package, PDC, 6MT (of course), iPod, heated seats, M Audio.

Mods: painted reflectors, matte black kidney grills, Valentine1, BBS RSGT DBK wheels, GP thunder angel eyes

longtran has done me more favors that i can ever count, forget paying back! i owe the man so much..... but then he's a car enthusiast he'll do whatever it takes to make our cars look good.....

Congrats! Nice car. The wheels look a little dated IMO compared to the rest of the car but the fit is nice with the spacers. I think black BBS center caps would help it. Are they significantly lighter? Can you tell any difference?

Enjoy your new car! I'm glad the wait didn't do you in although I was a bit worried for a while.
