OP you're asking about cars we have actually been a passenger in, right?

If so I'd go with a Ferrari Challenge Stradale. The bucket seat, racing harness, and scream of that thing plus the exhaust (cappy 3, tubi headers/race cats) around Sebring by a pretty damn good driver was a ride like no other I've been on. The 993TT would come after.
